How it works, and how we price.
One coordinator takes you from your first message to your report and follow-up. Here is each step, and the rules we hold ourselves to.
Our rules on quotes and add-ons
- Written, all-in quote first. Before you book, you receive a written quote listing what is included, what is not, and the cancellation rules.
- No surprise add-ons. Nothing is added to your visit without your written consent. If a doctor recommends an extra test on the day, you see the reason and the price first, and you can say no.
- You pay the facility, as quoted. Payment methods are confirmed in your quote.
- No booking without your confirmation. Asking for a quote never commits you to anything.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel. The rules for your booking are written on your quote before you confirm. See Cancellation & Refunds for the general policy.
What we do not do
- Emergency care — in mainland China call 120, in Hong Kong call 999.
- Remote diagnosis or online prescriptions.
- Surgery or complex treatment at this stage.
The steps
1. Ask
Send a message or the short form. Tell us what you need, where you are and when.
2. Plan & written quote
Where needed a doctor reviews your request. You receive a written plan and all-in quote.
3. Booked
We confirm the date, time, address, preparation and who will meet you.
4. On the day
Your coordinator is with you from arrival to checkout.
5. Report, explained
Your report is delivered and explained to you by a doctor.
6. Follow-up
We remind you about follow-ups and help with next steps.

Before you ask
How do I book?
Send us the short quote form or a message. A coordinator replies with questions and a written plan and quote; nothing is booked until you confirm.
How much does it cost?
You receive a written, all-in quote for your plan before you book. We are confirming standard prices with each facility and will publish them on each service page as soon as they are final.
Will I be asked to pay for extra tests on the day?
No test is added without your written consent. If a doctor recommends something extra on the day, you see the reason and the price first and decide whether to go ahead.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. The change and cancellation rules for your booking are written on your quote before you confirm. See our Cancellation & Refunds page for the general policy.
How do I pay?
You pay the facility according to your written quote. Accepted methods — such as international cards, Alipay or WeChat Pay linked to a foreign card, or cash — are confirmed in your quote.
When will I get my results?
It depends on the tests. Your quote lists when each result is expected and how it is delivered; some results are ready the same day and others, such as biopsies, take longer.
