Written quote before you visit
MRI & CT
We arrange MRI and CT scans at Yunshan Medical Group facilities in Shenzhen. Because the right scan depends on your situation, a doctor first reviews your request and any previous reports you choose to share, then we send a written quote. A scan can be booked on its own or added to a health checkup. Waiting times, report languages and how you receive your images are confirmed with your quote.

How the day works
Tell us which scan you are considering and why; share previous reports if you wish.
A doctor reviews the request and advises whether the scan is suitable.
You receive a written quote with the date, preparation and what you will take home.
On the day, your coordinator meets you and stays with you through the scan.
When this may not be suitable
- Some implants, devices and pregnancy need a doctor's review before MRI or CT. Tell us about them in advance.
- Emergencies. If you have severe or sudden symptoms, call 120 in mainland China or 999 in Hong Kong.

Questions about this service
Why does a doctor review my request before MRI, CT or endoscopy?
To make sure the test is suitable and safe for you and that you prepare correctly. The review is about planning your visit; it is not a remote diagnosis.
What language is the report in?
We are confirming which reports are available in English or Traditional Chinese for each service. Your quote states the report language before you book, and a doctor explains the results to you either way.
Can I take my MRI or CT images home?
We confirm how you receive your images (for example on disc or digitally) with your quote, so you can share them with your own doctor.
Can a doctor diagnose me online before I come?
No. We do not provide remote diagnosis or online prescriptions. A doctor may review information you choose to share to plan your visit, but diagnosis happens in person.
