How it works
- Send your dates: tell us when you are in Shenzhen and which slots are free.
- Get a plan: we propose a schedule that fits around your meetings, with a written all-in quote.
- On the day: your coordinator meets you and keeps things moving.
- Results: some results are ready the same day and others later. A doctor explains what is ready before you leave; the rest is sent to you, and your coordinator follows up.

How do I book?
Send us the short quote form or a message. A coordinator replies with questions and a written plan and quote; nothing is booked until you confirm.
What happens at a TCM consultation?
A TCM practitioner asks about your health and lifestyle and examines you in person, typically including your pulse and tongue, then gives you written advice. Your coordinator can help explain anything unclear.
Can I combine a checkup and TCM on the same trip?
Yes, on the same day or on different days. Tell us both in your request and we quote them together.
How do I pay?
You pay the facility according to your written quote. Accepted methods — such as international cards, Alipay or WeChat Pay linked to a foreign card, or cash — are confirmed in your quote.
What language is the report in?
We are confirming which reports are available in English or Traditional Chinese for each service. Your quote states the report language before you book, and a doctor explains the results to you either way.
