Yunshan Medical is the international patient service of Yunshan Medical Group in Shenzhen. Medical services are provided by licensed medical institutions within Yunshan Medical Group and by Guangyuyuan TCM Clinic (Futian).

This website explains our services and lets you request a quote or start a conversation. Information on it is general and does not replace advice from a doctor who has examined you. See our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Quotes and bookings

• A quote is an offer for the services listed on it, valid for the period stated.
• Nothing is booked until you confirm.
• Nothing is added to your visit without your written consent.
• Prices, inclusions and exclusions on your written quote take precedence over general information on this website.

4. Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information, tell us about conditions, implants, medications or pregnancy that may affect a test, and follow the preparation instructions you receive.

5. Medical decisions

All medical decisions — including whether a test is suitable — are made by licensed doctors at the treating facility. They may decline or change a test for safety reasons; if that changes the price, you will be asked first.

6. Payment and cancellation

You pay the treating facility as stated in your quote. Changes and cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refunds policy and the rules on your quote.

7. Liability

We are responsible for coordinating your visit with reasonable care. The treating facility is responsible for the medical services it provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without permission, or submit other people’s information without their consent.
